What isn't disclosed is how that total splits across the three organisms sharing the 20 mg blend. That's standard practice for proprietary blends generally, not something unique to this product — but it does mean you can't say, for instance, exactly how much Lactobacillus reuteri you're actually getting per tablet.
Malic acid shows up constantly in ProDentim marketing copy, usually described as a strawberry-derived active. It is not on the authenticated Supplement Facts label we checked. Not as an active, not under other ingredients — it's simply absent. If a page you're reading treats malic acid as a core active ingredient, that page is repeating older marketing copy rather than the current label.
This is arguably the most oral-specific organism on the entire label, and it's easy to miss because so many summaries only talk about the three-strain blend.
